1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the HOOD website and your purchase of any product from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. HOOD is operated by {{legal business name}}, based in {{city}}, United Arab Emirates.

2. Our Products

Every HOOD hoodie is made to order — each piece is embroidered with a single Arabic letter in the thread color you select at checkout. Because each item is customized to your order:

• Colors may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to display settings and the nature of embroidery thread.
• Production begins only after your order is placed, so items are not held in pre-made stock.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED / د.إ) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due in full at the time of order.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing error before it ships.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guarantee of sale. We may decline or cancel any order — for example due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or an error in price or product information — and will notify you and issue a full refund if this happens.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within {{UAE only / UAE and other regions}}.
• Estimated delivery times are {{X–Y business days}} from when production is complete; these are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
• You're responsible for providing an accurate delivery address; we're not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because each hoodie is embroidered to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect letter/color/size selected by the customer, or general dissatisfaction with a customized product.

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective, or
• The item received does not match what was ordered (wrong letter, color, or size due to our error).

Claims must be made within {{X days}} of delivery, with photos of the issue, by emailing support@hoodae.com.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before production begins. Once embroidery has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

7. Sizing

Size charts on our site are provided as a guide. We recommend checking your measurements against the chart before ordering, as made-to-order items are not eligible for size-related returns once production has started (see Section 6).

8. Care Instructions

To protect the embroidery, we recommend machine washing cold and inside out. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care.

9. Intellectual Property

The HOOD name, logo, and all designs, artwork, and content on this website are the property of {{legal business name}} and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, HOOD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
